yesterday i had a really strong urge to drive my car into on coming traffic.

i have been playing way to many video games instead of doing things that really matter. i have always played to many video games, i know its wrong to pass up chances to meet new people and perhaps find some more friends but watching history channel and playing on the computer trumps most urges to go outside. i guess that’s just me right now in life.

i didn't sleep last night, played WOW all night and then when the server went down around 7 ish i took a nice bike ride then i had a mid term at 9. after my mid term i took a even longer ride all the way down to gilman. it made me happy.

I have been watching alot of 24, one of the best shows out there. I signed up for netflix...4 movies out at a time and as manny i want in a month.

I also started playing World of Warcraft with a buddy from school, life is good.

so the last 2 days i have been hanging out with some really dope people. rob played a show in san jose on monday with june (victory records) and terminal (tooth & nail records) and they needed a place to crash so rob invited them up to our place. they all are total class acts and i have nothing but good things to say about them. on tuesday night they had a show in oakland so i rode with them to the show and we hung out and had a wonderful time. they are crashing here tonight then they go to southern ca for a few days but, june is coming back to san fran on the 26th and they are planning on crashing here again, this has to be the best thing to happen to me since i got out of morgan hill.

I started school on firday and had class today. I forget his name but, the guy who did the cover art for "Beck - Sea Change" came and talked to about 40 of us. I took in alot and im glad that im at a school where we have the optunity to meet and ask questions to professionals that I might be working with in the future. In like 15 minutes I have to be back at school for another 2 hour meeting with another professional. For the first time in a long time im looking forward going to school.

everything is moved in and I finally feel like Emeryville is home. there is a large stack of boxes that I used when I moved in that are just clutter in the living room, I have no idea where to toss them at my apartment. on Thursday Robert, his mom and I went to Ikea and he got a bed, 3 lamps and a desk, tomorrow I think he is moving some more of his stuff in.

I have been staying up way to late… yesterday I didn’t go to bed till 4 and got up at 3:30. It feels good and I can’t just fall asleep at 11 or 12. My day doesn’t start till 9 or 10 at night. One word can describe this, “freedom.”

School starts next fir day and I am ready, college... should be fun.

So I got all my shit moved in, I don’t mean like put in the correct place but just inside the apartment. Josh and Phil were champs and helped me bring everything from Morgan Hill to Emeryville. Emeryville is one freeway exit before the “down town Berkeley” exit and one exit after the “Jack London Squar” exit in Oakland.

Emeryville is only 1 ½ square miles but offers a shit load of entertainment. The most obvious is not even in Emeryville, Berkeley is 5 minutes away...Berkeley is amazing. I can see the Cal Berkeley campanile from my room, that’s just how close I am to Berkeley. I love it. There is a movie theater right next to my apartment complex and a few blocks away there is another theater. Pf Chang’s is just down the street along with dozes of restaurants that I am sure I will get sick of within the next 2 months.

I was feeling pretty lonely last night because I was by myself in a ½ unpacked apartment a hour drive away from home and most the people I care about. I just try not to think about those people I wont see ever again or maybe 1 or 2 times a year. The first night was the worst, last night was tolerable and I am sure tonight will be fine. Not having cable or the internet made me feel distant from everyone and everything but, I got comcast high speed internet and digital cable today between the hours of 12-5 today, that helped.

I also just got a 1500 dollar check from my parents, lets see where the money needs to goes.

Thank god high school is over.

I felt like a million bucks when I turned in my senior check out list. Mrs. Bird looked it over, signed it and looked up at me, smiled and said, "well your all done."

Tomorrow we have the ceremony and then grad night from 9-5. Then I leave the next day to go to Tucson Arizona till the 20th. When I get back I have only 5 days left till I move...spooky.
